I think [the rich] should be forced to support the poor. I'd rob and kill rich people before I'd work at McDonalds. And those sort of jobs don't pay enough to live on. Don't you think the rich would rather give up some of the (way too much) money they have than have a knife thrust through their throat or eye and all that's on them at least taken? It is their fault if people can't get a job that pays enough and that isn't worse than dying would be anyway.

-OR- You could figure out a way to get an education and then get a better job. I'm not saying it would be easy, or maybe for your situation entirely possible, but it's worth a shot. We all think about it (plundering rich people and making them cry) at some point, but then the booze wears off and we go back to our day jobs.
I hope this is plan W or X on your fucked up little -to do list- and that by the time you get around to it I'm still poor.
It's called the Zero Product Rule.
Even though this looks stupid, it has no religious element, and so is not fundie.
He's a secular fundie or just some troll. He's what a lot of fundies think of when they talk about the "athiests" or "athesits" or whatever fucked-up way they spell it. And he just won't quit.
And there's no shame in having a job. I don't care if it's working at a restaurant or cleaning up shit.
Now THAT'S the spirit!
fuck this voting garbage
MattShizzle and the Rational Responders are a new breed of fundamentalist atheist which view themselves as the "chosen" determined to fight the armies of theism. If it wasn't so detrimental to the issue they seem to support, it would be hilarious. When Christians say "atheism is a religion", all they have to do is point to the RRS.
[It is their fault if people can't get a job that pays enough... ]
No, the only person you can blame for you having a shit job is you. It's not Obama's fault, it's not Bush's fault, it's not Bill Gates' fault. It's YOURS. Stop expecting the government and the American tax payers to buy your grocery bill.
Go to school, learn a trade, work hard, and get a better paying job.

"You could figure out a way to get an education and then get a better job."
The dude has BA in psych from Kutztown. He "could" go back to school and get a higher degree, but I think he's too fucking lazy.
He is however a total atheist fundamentalist. He has a deep and totalistic commitment to the Rational Response Squad, he believes in the leader and the ultimate purpose of converting theists by offering ridicule rather than reason.
He also doesn't like mayo. He doesn't want to do welfare because the pay sucks, and well, he does have a point. But you don't go on welfare if you have a legit choice, you go on welfare if you're unemployable and need medical benefits. But he wants quality beer, in fact he claims to have tried over 300 ever the past two years, and he doesn't want cheap food. He can fuck off. He spends well over 8 hours a day online, he could handle a data entry position. He could handle a filing position. He just wants a free ride and got a degree in psychology so he could fool doctors into thinking he's got Aspergers.
The stupid is strong here.
Where's the fundie? I see no religious references at all, not even vague ones.
"Where's the fundie? I see no religious references at all, not even vague ones."
You understand you don't have to be religious in order to be a fundie. You just have to have total faith in a leader or an ultimate purpose.
"Why is it insane? What is insane is keeping capitalism after all the harm it does. You do realize this was almost certainly added there by those pieces of human excrement that hang out at that idiot site that rhymes with "gants and knaves? " Notice that fucktard rathpig was a commenter. You do know they are utter enemies of this site and seem to be a bunch of 15 year old trolls?" ---Matt Shizzle

That's a fundie. Sounds like a market anarchist fundie, sounds like an atheist fundie, and a moron "our website" fundie. Unless you don't think "they are utter enemies of this site" is not fundamentalist in nature.
"Either obvious poe, or future death row inmate."
Actually he probably believes it so it isn't Poe, and he is much to lazy to actually do anything about it so no chance of him being convicted of a capital crime.
MattSnizzle is the ultimate Internet Atheist Fundy. He talks a game on the computer screen but refuses to even work a job to support himself. He is an interesting character in a sad psychological way.
As a member and site admin of the RRS I feel the need to chime in.
Matt is probably the only member that hasn't been kicked from the site because he would probably try to (unsuccessfully) off himself if we did that. He uses his physical "disability" as an excuse for why he can't get a job and work like any regular jackoff should, yet he will not apply for disability because THEY WOULD CALL HIS BLUFF.
I am one of the many members of the RRS with a disdain for this loser. He rarely has anything useful to contribute to discussions, yet he has over 7,500 posts on the RRS site.
As for calling MattShizzle a fundie, it seems appropriate given many of his posts on the RRS site, but not this post. You could call him a left wing nutjob, neoliberal (is that a word?)
"But not everyone on the website is like this."
This is true, after 3 years their leader got a part time job. For a long time they were being supported by Kelly and the guy who lets them live in his $360,000 house for free.
The leadership is only slightly above Matt Shizzle level.
The "Rational Response Squad" is much closer to a personality cult than anything else. They are not "rational". They are not a "freethought organization". For an atheist group they are as dogmatic, excluding, and demanding of doctrine loyalty as any fundamentalist church.
I challenge anyone to go to their forums and begin to question the dogma of the leadership. This will prove my point.
They are the treehouse cult of the Slacker, the Stripper, and the Pretender. They are as "fundy" as any strip-mall born-again Baptist Church. They are just the other side of the coin.
As of late I could care less for the leadership of the RRS. They haven't done anything worthwhile for over a year, and many times have appeared to me as "elitist".
Early on in the game, the RRS leadership had something going for them, then they got cocky and lost a lot of members (and site traffic). I stuck around simply because I am friends with many of the members there and enjoy conversing with them, and I am sure you will get the same response from many current members.
OK, this is guy is nuts. But in the last sentence he's not completely wrong. He's not completely right, but if there are no jobs you can't get one and that's not your fault. In fact the rich prefer to maintain some unemployment, because full employment would give workers more bargaining power since you couldn't just replace them. In the end many of these rich people don't work at all. They just collect money and pay others to do the work in the businesses they run as shareholders. If they do do work it's a few meetings every now and then as part of the Board of Directors or as CEO to determine policy which is often just based on research that underlings did and they receive obscenely large salaries for that work. It's not that they don't contribute. The workers need them for their capital and the rich need the workers in order to produce anything in the first place. However, the rich definitely have the upper hand so without laws to ensure fair wages and benefits the rich would be making a grossly disproportionate amount of money compared to their workers and they still are especially after 8 years of Bush. Hopefully now things will get better.
Yay, a Left-wing nutbar, don't see a lot of those.
Refreshing and sad at the same time. Refreshing cause it's a change from all the right-wing nutbars, sad because I don't want to share the same end of the political spectrum with a violent motherfucker like this.
He's right that the rich ought to pay a lot more taxes then they do, but threats of violence isn't the way to make that happen.
Join a union and together make the rich people pay their workers adequately, instead. People working at McDonald's in Sweden can support themselves (if just barely). Mostly it's college students working there, to fill up the student pay or loan. A majority of Swedes are in unions, including McD workers.
Rich people have just as much right to life and liberty as poor people. By distributing just a little of the wealth of the richest 1 percent, that owns 40 percent of all equity, to the 80 percent, that owns 7 percent of all equity, everyone can be supported, and the rich will still be "filthy" rich.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
