The God the of the Universe said homosexuality was unnatural. (Paul may have written this passage, but "for no prophecy was ever made by an act of human will, but men moved by the Holy Spirit spoke from God." (2 Peter 1:21) You can't find a higher authority than that.

You see, it doesn't matter what man thinks, it's what God thinks. God isn't going to change His mind just because a group of people demand it, or even if ALL people demand it. God's Kingdom is not a democracy. You can live by YOUR rules all your life, but when you stand before Him on judgment day, HIS rules will be in effect.

And animals? You're saying it's okay because ANIMALS do it? Animals kill and eat one another. Should we do that, too? Just because animals do it, should we? Aren't be better than animals?

Homosexuality is 'Unnatural'? According to your 'Word of God', so is eating pork, shellfish, burgers, removal of facial hair, wearing poly-cotton clothing, and working on Saturday

'God's Kingdom is not a democracy', but nowadays we have Rule of Law, courtesy of Democracy. And Democracy states that same-sex marriage has as much legal right to exist, and Romans 13:1-5 - of your own 'Word of God' no less - means that your 'Scripture'-based 'opinion' (masquerading as nothing more than your own unjustifiable bigotries) doesn't have the right to exist, otherwise you're going to Hell for so much as thinking otherwise. Enjoy your paradox.

Okay, then we'll cross that bridge when we get to it. America IS a democracy though so not only can we define right ad wrong but we can tell you to shove a sock in your mouth (of course, you have the freedom not to listen). If God wants to punish us, fine. But your Biblical laws are an irrelevance when it comes to governing.

Generally animals tend to only eat other species. There are some cannibals, sure, but there are some cannibal people, too. Oh, and we don't kill each other? Are you kidding? Have you ever opened a history book? People kill each other all the time. And even ultra-Christians consider it a good thing to kill terrorists, for example.

About half of those Bible books attributed to Paul were not written by Paul and Peter 2 was assuredly not written by Peter. So much for higher authority.

Exactly. Even if God existed, prayer would be pointless.

First, a question: In your mind, are humans a part of nature or not? You can't have it both ways.

Second, you fundies are always banging on about how homosexuality is "unnatural" or that it doesn't occur in other species or some other equally demonstrably false nonsense. Now that that notion has been eviscerated by contrary evidence, you resort to claiming that it's bad because it's natural or because other animals do it? Again, you can't bloody well have it both ways, and at this point in the debate, you might as well be waving a white flag.

Well, we invented the iron maiden, chemical warfare and unpaid overtime. You tell me.
