Actually, after going through all the 'complexities' of the theory of evolution, that DOES pretty much sum it up. Molecules to Man evolution is impossible according to observational science. Molecules to man evolution is a joke.

None of the claims of 'molecules to man' evolution (let's define terms) are observed in the real world. NEVER is seen a true increase in genetic complexity, and even if a mutation/recombination resulted in something beneficial, it's either not because of an increase in complexity, or if new information, not shown in any test to be able to be sustained for any length of time to result in an eventual improvement in genetic complexity. It fails. What is shown is that any kind of 'new' information (to elaborate, the variations possible are already coded into the system) happens by design, not by accident or blind watchmen or anything else. Programmed. From the beginning. Nothing Darwinian at all. The God deniers will go to any lengths to avoid the obvious, make up any just so story. IN THE REAL WORLD, wolves don't change into fish and then back to land into pigs. Only in the make believe world of evolution, the wonderful wizard of whack. IN THE REAL WORLD DNA AND RNA actively prevent changes outside of what is already coded into a system. Dinos don't become birds because they aren't coded for that. Fish can't ever become mammals because they aren't coded for that. But no, evos declare - Uhm, if you leave a pile of dirt on the floor for a million years out pops a total babe. wow. and then retarded butt sex happens.

Let me explain on an example of a common farm pig. You see, after some time, these "new informations" starts stockpiling at the top of each other, until there's so much new information that the common farm pig is changed beyond what we today would call a common farm pig, forcing us to come up with new animal kind name. That's how evolution works.

Theoretically, it is possible, just extremely unlikely. At least in a way that we know fishes and pigs today.

Also "molecules to man" evolution does not exist. That is a creationist term. Evolution does not claim that Humanity is the final stage in evolution or even that evolution is over. It is still happening. There is no finishing point to Evolution.

Anyway Evolution does not exclude a designer. I am a Deist one who sees the creator of the universe as a computer programmer. I see evolution as a very complex computer code. One so advanced and intricate that it looks like random. evolution is the programming code of the creator and the Big band was the start up procedure.

Evolution might rule out the biblical god (Yet many Christians accept Evolution) but it does not exclude a creator.

You mean observational sciences like chemistry and biology? No, those pretty much support the idea that organic compounds can produce life and life can evolve.

That would take 4.5 billion years to observe and someone to observe it. However, luckily, we can observe the PROCESS at work. We've seen numerous instances of speciation.

And why was the development of nylonase replicated in a lab where it was determined to be a gene duplication and frameshift mutation?

First, nothing in the definition of evolution requires taht it operate only to create greater complexity: any change in genetic composition over generations--whether by some mesure complexity increases, decreases or remains unchanged--is evolution by definition.
Second, we've seen genetic mutations increase genetic information and result in the creation of new living populations with novel biologic phenotypes.

For example, in flavobacterium k172 a point insertion mutation caused a frame shift, creating a new open reading frame expressing a novel enzyme allowing the bacteria to digest nylon oligomers. By even teh most stringent information theory definition genetic 'information" increased by one bit (that inserted Thymidine at position 99 of the gene Nyl B).
