Any textbook that teaches evolution as fact is intellectually dishonest. There is not one thing positively known scientifically about evolution. The only examples scientists give are variations within a kind of plant or animal. They say: "Oh, look at all the varieties of dogs. That proves we evolved from rocks."
Atheistic evolution is a religious presupposition used to sledgehammer square pegs of evolution into round holes of reality. In truth, most scientific observation and fact negate evolution.

Is that why the only time I hear such statements is when it's coming from the mouth of an ignorant fundie like you? You're demonstrating the same kind of willful ignorance as all the rest of your friends, and you're the ones being intellectually dishonest.

If Dan had ever bothered to actually learn anything about evolution he would realize how stupid that sounds. This silly line between microevolution and macroevolution doesn't exist. They're one and the same, one just takes a heck of a lot longer to become apparent. Accepting microevolution but rejecting macroevolution is a bit like fully embracing the concept of seconds tiking away at a clock, but absolutly refusing to believe that those ticks will eventually add up to a year.
I always say that people shouldn't talk about things they don't understand, it's why I don't debate politics and it's why this guy needs to shut up.
"Any textbook that teaches evolution as fact is intellectually dishonest."
No, any assertions that the existence of God and his creation of the universe being facts is intellectually dishonest. To believe such things REQUIRES one to ignore virtually all the evidence.
"There is not one thing positively known scientifically about evolution."
That is patently false and I suspect you know it's false. Lying for God is still lying, ashat.
"The only examples scientists give are variations within a kind of plant or animal."
No, for instance, scientist by use of fossil and geologic column evidence can trace the evolution of whales from aquatic animals to land animals and back to ocean dwellers.
"They say: 'Oh, look at all the varieties of dogs. That proves we evolved from rocks.'"
Who are they? Stupid Fundie creationists? That sounds like something they would say. No credible scientist has ever said anything close to that. First, the varities of dog breeds were created by human-directed breeding, that is, artificial selection. Second, the varities of any lifeform prove nothing concerning evolution from rocks.
"Atheistic evolution is a religious presupposition used to sledgehammer square pegs of evolution into round holes of reality."
You really do have this whole question backwards. It is religious dogmas that, when compared to reality, come up seriously wanting.
"In truth, most scientific observation and fact negate evolution."
False. A brief examination of a good biology book or scientific journal would show that this is but another of your "I'll say anything to support my Bible" statements.
Grow up, read a book, and get off your mommy's computer.
"Any textbook that teaches evolution as a fact is intellectually dishonest."
No, evolution is a fact, you're the one being itellectually dishonest.
"There is not one thing positively known scientifically about evolution."
That's a flat out lie. There are over 150yrs of data supporting evolution.
"The only examples scientists give are variations within a kind of plant or animal."
Another flat out lie. Amazing how fundie zealots ingnore all the fossil evidence as well as all the genetic evidence and instead franticly build strawmen about variation.
"Atheistic evolution is a religious presuppostion.."
Yet another lie. All science is religiously neutral, no branch of science affirms or denys the existance of any God. Fundies also ignore the millions of devout Christians who accept evolution based on the evidence and for whom modern science doesn't threaten their religion.
"In truth, most scientific observation and fact negate evolution."
Last lie. All scentific observation supports evolutionary biology and contradicts the first 11 chapters of Genesis.
If God exists I wonder if he sends all fundies to hell for lying or only most of them?
Either you need to buy a mirror, or you really, really, really should have been in that queue when God was handing out the brains.
Except, you know, scientists have observed speciation, natural selection, mutations, fossil record, the principle works every time it is applied in simulations....
There's a reason why the word "theory" is mentioned.
I love how they complain that there's no complete evidence for evolution when there's even less for creationism. Cite the Bible all you want, but going by the word of books means you have one book for creationism versus hundreds of science texts. Who wins in that aspect?
Honestly? This comment is nothing new. The worst part about creationism is that they mis-teach evolution. Debate 100 creationists, 99 will say "random chance/accident," etc, etc. It's the same argument, again and again.
Huh? What?
No scientist has ever used diversity among dogs to proove we are related to rocks.
Indeed scince clearly shows that we are NOT related to rocks. Rocks do not reproduce. They have no genetic composition, they are not biological entitys.
There is no such thing as
"atheistic evolution".
There is not one single scientific observation that negates the evolutionary proccess in any way.
Please try gain when you have done your research.
And the fuckwi... fundie says: "Oh, read this archaic book. That proves the Easter Bunny created men from dirt, and woman from a man's rib."
You know, I just realized something, fundies say that evolutionists claim that we came from rocks, while at the same time they say that god created us from dust/dirt/rocks... hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm...
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
