I was talking about this with an old classmate of mine who is a priest. He was laughing and quoted me the Romans 1 this kind guy who posted it has done. Actually, he told me that it was meant to critisise those idiots who, like the pharisees, thought superior to the rest of the world and were arrogant discussing futile minute details. But far from it, he told me, debating is absolutely necessary. Maybe you have to stick to what it´s written, but you´re open to several interpretations, if not a selective pick and choose. Besides, the norms are a little hypocrite and arrogant. They think nobody will make them change their minds. Bad news, they´re teenagers, a time where opinions change every now and then. Let´s see how they say, 10 years afterwards that their church brainwashed them.

This is why you're an idiot. You blindly accept beliefs without any critical thinking and do not support any of your statements with any sort of argument. Then again, it's hard to defend the indefensible: irrational stupidity. Yet another thing wrong with T4C. And in case you're wondering, I checked, and "those who debate" are not in the company of adulterers, sodomites, and murderers. I noticed a shitload of disabled accounts in the maybe 15 minutes I've been on the site, and from what I can tell those are all people that disagree even slightly. Another thing, they're fucking hypocrites, notice all the admins have Toy Story or, in the case of Randy AKA boner for KJV, Dilbert (definitely not fundie friendly, and especially less than the music they devote their lives to bashing) avatars. The same site that bans promoting "worldly" things like movies or TV or whatever.

I have taken a look at this "Teens-4-Christ" board and what I have seen troubles me. It seems less of a Christian gathering place for young men and women and more of an underhanded cult where everyone needs to agree with this "Bro Randy" or else they cannot participate in the dialogue. I feel very troubled by that, because I feel if one is truly a believer it will hold up to all points of view.

It worries me greatly that someone such as "Bro Randy" would use Christianity as a cloak for his nefarious purposes and that these boys and girls who participate on this forum are being indoctrinated into thoughts and ideas that have nothing to do with being Christian. I am worried for these boys and girls and hope and expect that those close to them but outside of this environment will strive to deprogram them and welcome them to a loving faith where they are free to make up their own minds on things (even if it means divorcing themselves from Christianity; better to question and walk away than to be shackled unquestioningly) and live in this wonderful world that God created.
