Its not so much the idiots with a dark hue. Its their carefully LBJ crafted and put together culture that has turned them into basically zoo animals. That is not an opinion, it is merely a statement of fact. I know that doesn't apply to every one of them either, but clearly a majority of them as they vote herdlike to be treated like a zoo animal by openly embracing handouts and free shit.

Their culture has been infected with this ever since they invented the terms on the plantations of the South to 'pace' themselves via code, winks and nods, rope-a-dopes and playing 'dumb me'. It has been a tradition that has been handed down, generation after generation to this day. There is no difference in their lay-about ways from them to the indian rezzys that foster the same kind of fatalist, dependent, entropic, navel gazing rot.
