"Far too many women are fascists at heart"
You keep using that word... Fascism isn't just a nasty word, it's a real ideaology with real principles and features. What you seem to mean is authoritarianism and while all fascists are authoritarian, fascism is not a synonym, it's a specific set of reasons for being authoritarian.
"Some people think the Founding Fathers had never even considered the thought of allowing women to vote, that it was just a historical oversight on the part of some unconsciously sexist men."
Which is likely what it was. While the Founders were very bright men, they were still men of their time who didn't know or understand everything and they were aware of that. That's why they provided a process to amend the damn Constitution in the first place. Women had very little political power or social rights at the time.
"I suspect that they knew perfectly well what they were doing, given the obvious connection between the female franchise and the West's continental drift into socialism."
OK, fascism and socialism are diametrically opposed and you cannot be both (except in Civ V where a peculiarity of the game mechanics make it possible). Fascism is on the right (no matter how many lies you've been told) and socialism is on the left. Also, the West isn't drifting into socialism. If anything, conservatism is currently winning.
"There is a reason why a fascist demagogue like Benito Mussolini made suffragism the very first point in the Fascist Manifesto, after all."
Yes, there is. He wanted Italian feminists to vote for him (which ended up being irrelevent anyway). Hitler claimed to be a good Christian for much the same reason.
