[Do you believe that prejudice against Atheists is a problem?]

No, to me it seems the opposite. I never see Christians getting mad at atheists for their beliefs or making fun of them for not believing, but I see the opposite of that all the time. Not in my own life; I don't think I have an atheist friends at all, I'm pretty sure everyone I know reasonably well is a Christian, Jew or Muslim. But online I see lots of atheists and they only want to attack and ridicule people with faith. It makes me wonder if they are attacking the small part inside of them that still wonders if God is possible?
