The Ten Commandments are both secular and religious. They are a part of history. To censor them is evil religion.
The church and state are, and must be separate. But, every human act is both an secular and religious act. To claim God or religion could be separated from a human act is evil religion.

Hey Robert Colon, have you ever, in any way worked on the Sabbath? I'm sure you have. So just give me your address and I and some friends will come over. So, is your yard rocky or should we bring our own stones?
@ Thinking Allowed: That's the second. The first is "I am YHWH, your god".
As for the fundy... Let me be the first one to say it:
BUH?
...K.
"I am the Lord your God
You shall have no other gods before me
You shall not make for yourself an idol
You shall not make wrongful use of the name of your God
Remember the Sabbath and keep it holy"
...Very secular. Yep. The first bunch of commandments are religious shit. And there's a couple others that are absolutes I don't agree with. No. Thanks but no thanks.
The Ten Commandments are both secular and religious.
Remembering the Sabbath isn't secular.
They are a part of history. To censor them is evil religion.
So are other religions. But that doesn't stop you from censoring them.
But, every human act is both an secular and religious act.
Except for those who are not religious. There is a huge difference between "religious" and "spirtual".
To claim God or religion could be separated from a human act is evil religion.
Do you even read your posts before hitting the "submit" button?
Things can be hot AND cold.
Things can be positive AND negative
Things can be black AND white.
Things can be religious AND non-religious, A.K.A. secular.
You see, in this wonderful fundie world, CONTRADICTIONS DON'T EXIST. EVER.
I wonder, instead of the ten commandments, why not another aforism from the Bible which, according to the Bible, summarises the tenth commandments and can't be more logical and secular and it's called, not by chance, the golden rule?, that is "do unto others what you want to be done unto you. Yes, because it doesn't mention God ALL THE TIME.
"The Ten Commandments are both secular and religious."
- Get back to us after you have read said commandments. Oh yeah, and you might just want to re-check the definition of "secular" too.
“The Ten Commandments are both secular and religious.”
YOU MUST WORSHIP ME is not a secular command.
“They are a part of history. To censor them is evil religion.”
Says you.
And says you.
“The church and state are, and must be separate. But, every human act is both an secular and religious act.”
Me telling you to fuck off with your self-serving bullshit is religious?
“ To claim God or religion could be separated from a human act is evil religion.”
Okay. Being secular is an evil religion. I’ve been told my atheism is a religion. Evolution is a religion. Football. Diabetes. Who cares/
The Twenty Command Lines are both circular and egregious. They are history of a trap.
To censor them is evil iron eggs.
The starch and chute are and must be, pee rate. But, every human act is both a circular and an egregious act. To claim Rod or egregion could be separated from a cat
is evil human egregion.
Confused?
