Won't it be great when Obergefell v Hodges, Lawrence v Texas and Roe v Wade (and let's not forget Obamacare) will be repealed under a President Ted Cruz and you secular humanists will no longer have a monopoly on immoral legislation?

Cannot be repealed because there is nothing to repeal. They are not laws but decisions that struck down laws that were unconstitutional. Why do so many Americans not understand how their own government and constitution works?

As for the ACA. So many Americans have now been enrolled I doubt any serious GOP candidate would threaten to repeal it and expect to get elected. It is here to stay.

I would also point out that Lawrence v Texas and Roe v Wade were in existence during Bush Jnr's eight years in charge and he never did anything about either of them and wasn't he a big god botherer?

As for Cruz becoming president. Not a chance. The next president will in all likelihood be Hillary Clinton.

@Some Guy Passing Through: Personally, I think that you can blame that on the Red Scare and the utter, pantshitting terror the old guard still has at the idea of communism. The fact that most of them can't actually define communism does nothing to reduce their terror - quite the opposite, absolutely everything they don't like is branded as communism or socialism and thus ungodly and blackest evil.

And since the communists cared enough about their workers to give them universal health care, any attempt to give American workers universal health care must be communism trying to infiltrate the country and annihilate the very concept of god before Satan drags the entire country into eternal damnation.

Fuck all done by Repubican administrations between then and 2008. Good luck with that.
