If Dinosaurs lived millions of years ago and before man ever entered the picture (according to Darwin) then why do we have drawings of them by man before man discovered dinosaur fossils?

Many of those depictions are straight-out hoaxes (you know, lying for Jesus), some are mistakes in scale (a rendering of a small lizard is conflated into a T-Rex) and some are straight forward errors.
And you are a fool.
We don't. We have some painting of farm animals and reptiles that creationists insist are dinosaurs. We have forged artifacts like the Ica stones. We don't have legitimate, verified dinosaur paintings. But it doesn't matter even if we do. Sharks have lived for millions of years. They've survived several mass extinctions. The existence of extant dinosaurs (which technically is true as we have birds who are a branch of dinosaurs) is no more evidence against the Theory of Evolution than sharks are. It would change some facts about paleontology for sure, but it wouldn't suddenly make creationism true.
Show us a cave drawing of what can only be described as a stegosaurus, a triceratops, a T-Rex, or a brachiosaurus.

We don't. But by this logic, if Star Wars happened a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away then why do we have video footage of it here on our planet recorded with contemporary technology? If that meaningless comparison sounds stupid to you then welcome to the world of everyone who has to hear you speak on a daily basis.

I have seen (and created) drawings of dragons, wizards, and aliens, so they must exist!
In "Museo de la Nacion" in Lima, Peru, there is an old painting (hundreds of years) of tools and inanimate artifacts coming to life and rebelling against (i.e. killing and maiming) their human creators. Apparently, that really happened.

Yeah, there are a lot of pictures of feathered theropods on cave walls next to humans. It's very interesting, as if these small, winged, feathered creatures that, upon genetic sequencing, turn out to be a subset of reptiles coexisted with humanity, still exist today, and are called birds.
