They (homosexuals) deserve death. Those people are an embarrassment to our society. Killing such people is a job for their families, but if they cannot do so by their own hands, we will do it.

Reminds me of Ancient Rome, in a way. The head of a Roman family, the paterfamilias , literally had the power of life and death over every member of his family. If his wife was discovered committing adultery, he could kill her. If his daughter refused to marry the man her father commanded her to marry, he could kill her. If he felt his son had disgraced the family honor, he could kill him.
Unfortunately, in some parts of the world, that system is still in place.
