Craig Baker has threatened to race pigs on the edge of his property on Fridays, the Muslim holy day, in response to a plan to build a mosque near his property...
Though he now concedes the group probably is not after his land, Baker said he is obligated to go through with the pig races, probably within the next few weeks, because "I would be like a total idiot if I didn't. I'd be the laughingstock now because I've gone too far."

Well, at least he has realised the last statement in time. However, this guy doesn´t understand neither islam nor the property law. If they want to build a mosque in his property, first they have to buy it. And don´t think that just because you make pigs run they will not build the mosque. The Koran says that only eating them or, in more strict interpretations, touching them is a sin. If they have previously run or they just exist is not their problem.

Yes, it's racist asshattery and all, and he really is an utter tool... but I have to admit, I would watch the pig races.
You know, I thought one of the good things about being an atheist is to stand tall and proud and successful, being kind and moral and show that these things are not dependant on a fictitious entity, nor does the aforementioned fictitious entity smite those that snub him as people thralled under his imagined reign of terror like to think.

Well just last year 39% of those surveyed in a Gallup poll said they would support Muslims being forced to carry special ID. Now where has something like that been done before, mmm?
