Hmmm! That's an interesting concept. Let's compare a typical scientific text with a scriptural one to see what the differences might be. Luckily, that child of science, the internet, specifically the WWW, should provide some good examples. Let's find out about Ohm's Law.
First, the scientific view. From http://www.alcyone.com/max/physics/laws/o.html we get the following explanation of Ohm's Law.
Ohm's law (G. Ohm; 1827)
The ratio of the potential difference between the ends of a conductor to the current flowing through it is constant; the constant of proportionality is called the resistance, and is different for different materials.
Hmmm! Seems like a straight-forward enough explanation. Of course further research might be necessary to achieve full comprehension.
Second, the scriptural view. From http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Hosea%201&version=KJV we have the following explanation of Ohm's Law.
Hosea 1
1:1 The word of the LORD that came unto Hosea, the son of Beeri, in the days of Uzziah, Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, and in the days of Jeroboam the son of Joash, king of Israel.
1:2 The beginning of the word of the LORD by Hosea. And the LORD said to Hosea, Go, take unto thee a wife of whoredoms and children of whoredoms: for the land hath committed great whoredom, departing from the LORD.
1:3 So he went and took Gomer the daughter of Diblaim; which conceived, and bare him a son.
1:4 And the LORD said unto him, Call his name Jezreel; for yet a little while, and I will avenge the blood of Jezreel upon the house of Jehu, and will cause to cease the kingdom of the house of Israel.
As you can see, this scriptural explanation of Ohm's Law is not very straight-forward and requires a great deal of fanciful interpretation. This fanciful interpretative requirement itself is going take years and years of conscientious study, prayer, contemplation, and a descent into madness before one begins to get even a glimmer of the principles involved.
All in all, you can see that typical scientific texts are the way to go when you want to know about science and scriptural texts are best left to the experts.
Admittedly, the scriptural texts do have more of an erotic undercurrent to them which might be suitable for the weird and fanciful masturbator.
