1. Not really, no. I can hear the word "God" in eight or ten different languages without even flinching. God, Gott, Dios, Allah, Gud, Dieu, duw, jumal, deus, tuhan, Bóg. What do you know, it's so non-distressing that I accidentally got to eleven languages.
2. We don't have the word God on our bills, we have scientists, authors, singers, directors and actors on our bills.
3. That's a good one; if I wanted to avoid seeing any churches, I wouldn't be able to leave my home. In the Swedish country-side, you can often see from one church to the next, sometimes you can see three or four steeples at the same time. From the (fairly low) mountain of Omberg, not that far from my home town, I think you can see 17 churches on a clear day. I've been up there and it's got a lovely 360 degree view.
4. I have a very pretty crucifix made of amber that I'd gladly wear around my neck and look at. Sadly, the metal holding the amber pieces together, has gone "off" and looks black and dirty, so I can't wear it any longer. My friend is a Muslim and I have managed to look at the sign saying "There is no god but the true God and Muhammad is His prophet" many a time. We have at least two Bibles, one Koran, one Poetic Edda, one Iliad and one Odyssey. We probably have a book about the Hindu gods somewhere too, and one about the Egyptian ones as well.
