In Guantanamo toilets were used to abuse the holy Qur'an a few months from this day.
Katrina did recently strike very vast residential areas converting them into a sort of huge toilet forcing the residents to flee in panic or stay and suffer.
Both of the events are directly linked to the same country, the same government and the same administration.
What is more reasonable, to regard both of the events just as coincidence, or. as the warning (or response) from almighty Allah for the sacrrilege of his holy scripture.
