Oooooh, does it have Christmas trees, crosses, entertwining staves and serpents, rosary beads, sacraments, oddly shaped stars, fish, and the hundreds of other occultic symbols Christianity stole that I can't recall off the top of my head that were used in temple architecture and symbollism.
Well, I have drawn the conclusion that MOST films, looked just like that could be satanic. Ignorance in the middle, of course.
Um...the Ankh is also used by coptic Christians as a symbol of Jesus Christ...
"Blair Witch?" You have got to be kidding me. A bundle of sticks lashed together because the film makers couldn't afford any actual props for their purely fictional story is an occult symbol? It has meaning ? And no, it wasn't used by medieval alchemists or "wizards."
The chaos symbol from Warhammer? What the hell? That isn't even from Warhammer, Michael Moorcock came up with it for his "Elric" stories. And condemning it due to the rantings of a (likely 12 year old) "WH fan" is ludicrous.
The circle is an occult symbol? That one's gonna be hard to avoid. What's next? The "straight line?"
The "square?"
The Italian Horn is an occult symbol? A lot of hairy-backed guys named "Paulie" are gonna be pissed.
While Power Rangers are evil, it's not very occult.
Damn. The "square" is occut. Sigh, that means every room in my house is a pit of evil occultiness.
Sigh. Now I have to cut out my tongue.
"Wheels?!?" Now you're just being stupid. The second simplest machine in the universe is not an occult symbol.
Hmmph. I've been playing RPGs now for about 10 years, and that's the first time I've seen that WH Chaos symbol. Admittedly, I haven't played too much WH, but if it were as widespread as theat page suggests, I would have run into it before.
Of course, Steve Jackson Games uses the eye in the pyramid as its symbol; I'm wondering how many more of their books I need to achieve critical mass and begin a self-sustaining Summoning of Things Man Wots Not Of.
Oooh! Maybe the impending collapse of my shelving under the combined weight of my GURPS books will raise Ryleh from the depths of the oceans!
That cute little frog?
Honestly, as someone who used to travel a lot, I have things like this all over my house. If they're scared by the Power Rangers symbol, their heads would explode if they saw my Mayan curiosities. Now I am almost tempted to invite some Christians in.
Hadanelith, a good and true servant of the Emperor, LONG MAY HE REIGN AMONG THE STARS!, can always find some just cause to condemn.

A lot like fundie Christians, come to think of it....

Not only all of that, but angels as well!
Angels are occultic, yeah.... :roll eyes:
Just because we've brought up the good old Imperium of Man, I feel the urge to point out the intentional satirization of Fundies in Warhammer 40K.
Some quotes attributed to Space Marines:
'An open mind is like a fortress with its gates unbarred and unguarded.'
'Blessed is the mind too small for doubt.'
'The Emperor's Will is all.'
'Educate men without faith, and you but make them clever devils.'
'A man with nothing can still have faith.'
Do these sound like people we know?
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
