Oh FFS, we're not going to have total government tyranny if you're forced to give up your penis substitute noisemaker. Not like we're proposing that anyway, just get rid of assault rifles or else limit magazines to 6 rounds or so, and extensive background checks and licensing requirements.
If you gun nuts would have only demonstrated that you could own deadly weapons in a responsible manner without people getting killed left and right, or at least admitted there's a problem with mass shootings and worked on stricter ownership requirements in order to keep them out of the hands of those who shouldn't have them, nobody would be talking about total gun bans. But since we've had mass shooting after mass shooting with the government doing absolutely nothing about them (thanks, NRA), people are starting to call for action.

Well, if we're going down the subjectivity path, then Donald Fart reminds me of Charles Laughton: as King Henry VIII, Captain Bligh, and the titular role in "Hobson's Choice".

You've tacitly admitted that you have no argument whatsoever, when you are reduced to smearing a teenage school shooting survivor who is campaigning for better gun control.
The right wing majini can bitch all they want, but these kids are smart, they are empathetic, & they are far better at using social media than a bunch of old fat white hillbillies who hump their guns every night. They are also possible voters, although now I'd wager that most of them are future voters, & they will not be voting for anyone with an R after their name. The NRA & the republican crime party may have seriously overplayed their hand, & may very well pay dearly for it in November. I certainly hope they do. Republicans are a plague upon us & as soon as the old guard dies off, we may actually be able to make some progress. I'm aware that there are younger right wing filth out there, but a number of them will be killing themselves by improperly cleaning their shotguns, will grow out of their crazed right wing political experimentation, or lose their jobs & die on the streets once their employers gets wind of them marching around in Charlottesville last summer.
I always thought that Cruz kid looked like he was missing a chromosome or 2.
