"What's next, adding "one nation, under God and Allah" to your pledge of allegiance?"
I say take out the religious references in general. They weren't even in the original version.
"Allowing him to bring his prayer mat into the US capital?"
Eh, why not?
"Delaying press conferences and votes so he can do his praying?"
That does seem like the polite thing to do, although I don't think the times are specific enough where that'd be a problem.
"Is America going to allow him to perform his animal sacrifices on the floor of the House of Representatives?"
... I'm hardly an expert on Islam, but I very much doubt that animal sacrifices are part of the religion, especially on the floor of the House of Representatives (although, IIRC, the Bible has a few choice things to say on this subject...)
"How far is America going to cater to this man's demands?"
About as far as we'd go for any other religious practices, Christianity included.
"What's next., will he demand all the women in the congress start wearing burkas so as not to offend him?"
I very much doubt it, but should he do so, he'll be laughed out. He hardly has the right to demand that others observe his religious practices, and I'm sure he knows that full well. Assuming he's strict enough to even require the burka.
"Further, he has not supplied any evidence he is not working or connected to al-Qaeda."
Muslim=/= terrorist, asshat. Have the Protestant congressmen provided evidence that they're not working for or connected to the KKK? Seriously, think before you type, you intolerant jackass.
