Okay, this pisses me off.religion , asshole. I don't care what your spin doctors or redefinition wizards tell you, Christianity is a motherfucking religion . You know why? You belong to a community that meets in specific places. You follow a set of beliefs shared by billions (or at least the few hundred of your parish). You pray to the same god as these people. You get tax rightoffs from the IRS for certain activities.
You're a religion. You want a "personal relationship" with your god? Start worshipping Banjo the Clown, God of Puppets. He doesn't have enough followers to qualify as a religion yet, see.

What´s then?, and why do you invoke the first amendment to demand priviledges and funds if, I insist, It´s not a religion?
I've met one of these before - as far as I can tell, they are intelligent enough to realise that blind faith, ie religion, isn't terribly clever or rational, and thus want to dissociate themselves from it but, at the same time, they don't actually want to stop having that blind faith either.
