Those who had survived the blast(s) and were able, were probably on their mobile phones, dialling 999 and calling for ambulances to help them & other injured survivors. Because your so-called 'God' was a big help there & then, yessiree! [/hyper-sarcasm]
Ah, the Americentricism of the fundie, it knows no bounds. Just because so many in your country are obsessed with an invisible sky fairy, doesn't mean that everyone else is, or has to be.
...oh, and the ignorance of the US fundie knows no bounds, neither. Otherwise, they'd have known that the British Humanist Association, in adding 'Probably' to those bus advert slogans, were simply conforming to Advertising Standards Authority regulations. (as in the Carlsberg adverts: 'Probably the best lager in the world').
