Evolution theory that went beyond a scientific theory became a religion for many believers of that theory.
For one thing, evolutionists created life theory to explain their own life believed to come from a mere cell by natural process to bug to bird to ape to human, which contradict with the word of God who made man out of dust. Period.

Evolution is not a religion just because it contradicts a religion.
That's like saying basketball is a form of baseball just because the Boston Celtics don't play baseball.
Do you have any idea of how ridiculous that sounds?

It's not a religion for anyone. No one worships Darwin, no one lives their lives to an evolutionary code. Evolution is a process in nature that takes millions of years, it does not affect our lives very much.

Our life theory? You mean ambiogensis? I think it's the whole idea of science is to find a natural explanation for everything and not just jump to God when we encounter a gap in knowledge, especially when there's a way around the gap.
which contradict with the word of God who made man out of dust.
It contradicts every creation myth ever made too. Of course those creation myths also contradicted each other. And all those creation myths were from the word of their corresponding Gods. Maybe we should focus less on what God says and what reality says.
Personally, I think that man, being a result of chance, is much more believable than being made out of dust.
Although the dust thing would explain why we need showers every day- to get rid of the dust coming up through the skin.
Wait, is he saying that single celled organisms became bugs, or birds, or apes, or humans, or is he trying to say it went cell -> bug -> bird -> ape -> human? Cause if it's the latter...
EVOLUTION DOESN'T WORK THAT WAY! [/morbo]
OK, just think about this: dust is basically ground up pieces of the earth's crust. The crust is composed mostly of Oxygen and Silicon. But humans are composed primarily of Carbon (though we do have a lot of Oxygen in us), but Silicon-not so much. It'd be smarter to say we were created from water than dust. At least Hydrogen and Oxygen are major elements in the human body.
@KibblesandBits
Are your trolling for a response there, fella?
The fact is that if Genesis said that God made man from leftover potato salad, that's what fundies would believe because that's what is in the Book.
Bible Literalists is so stoopid. </Yosemite Sam>
"Although the dust thing would explain why we need showers every day- to get rid of the dust coming up through the skin."
Jim, if I ever see a fundie use this as a serious comment, I'm going to get you.
Creationn theory that went beyond mythology became a religion for many believers of that myth - oh wait, it was already a myth.
Christians created the scientific creation myth to explain how their ancient creation myth was still relevent in the age of technology,
which contradicts observable relaity. Period.
It became religion in your minds. For the rest of the world, is just a scientific theory and more accurate than "the man was made from mud", written in a book that claims, among other scientific pearls, that people can live 900 years.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
