[on Pat Robertson supporting Guiliani]
Unbelievable! How can you endorse a man with Giuliani’s marital background and his position on abortion? I will immediately be canceling my CBN monthly donation and redirecting funds to a morally conservative Christian organization.

The move surprised me as well. But yeah, go ahead and feed your money to an even more bigoted organisation.
His record on welfare, lowering the crime in one of the most complicated towns in the world, his capacity to resolve the crisis of 9/11................that may count too, don't you think?. Or is it just his sexual curriculum that counts?, he's not being proposed to "chaste man of the century".
I don't see why a fundy would object to Giuliani. After all, he's an obnoxious, pushy, lying hypocrite with a messiah complex. Sounds like a perfect match.
The President has no control over the abortion laws. (a) he doesn't make laws - Congress does. The President can only veto them. (b) he has no control over whether or not the laws are constitutional - the Supreme Court does.
The moral is "it's stupid to choose a President based on his position on abortion, to the exclusion of important issues he actually does have control over, such as the budget, foreign relations, the military and law enforcement."
It's exciting to watch a republican presidential candidate and an evangelical freak show train-wreck themselves to mutual destruction.
People who like Robertson hate Giuliani, people who could bring themselves to vote for Giuliani aren't fundamentalists and his endorsement is a detriment.
Hahahahahahaaa!

Hahahahahahahaha!
That's beautiful!
I'm not surprised true fundamentalists are thinking things like this. Bush and all of the Republicans in the last 7 years have push Republicanism so far to the right that anyone who is even slightly less conservative than him-which is all the Republicans have left at this point-seem moderate in comparision.
I think that's great, having moderates again, but Marie doesn't for obvious religious reasons.
Pat Robertson is too liberal for this fundtard?!
*blink*... *blink*...
Sorry, my brain appears to have crashed and rebooted there. Where was I?
