One patent that recently caught my attention involved the use of a certain fungus that can remain in a dormant state for decades and later activated by particular ELF frequency. The patent suggests that viruses natural or manufactured are neither dead or alive but instead host driven. This means a targeted virus could be embedded in the fungus remaining inactive until the host (fungus) is revitalized by selected frequency.
