I used to have a female roomate (not even worth posting pictures) who got food stamps. She didn't have a mailbox key. Everymonth when her envelope came, we made her go and say thank you to all 3 guys who lived in the house and had jobs and paid for her meals before we would give her the food stamps.

How nice of them. She should have reported these guys either to the property owner or, if that didn't work, then to the area landlord / tenant dispute board. She most definitely should have told her caseworker:I have to assume denying her access to her own mail unless she agrees to humiliate herself is some kind of illegal.

That said, unless she had a kid living with her or something, she should have moved if only to the local Y. They had no right to degrade her like that. I can only hope she developed a spine and told her abusive roommates to fuck off, after reminding them they may be employed and healthy now, but a lot of people find to their chagrin that they are only temporarily able-bodied; that age or disability coud easily put them at the tender mercies of other people as pointlessly cruel as themselves.

If this is one of those site, then I don't want to get cooties and read the other subhumans high-fiving this guy.

That said; If this is some misogynist version of "Chimpout/Niggermania/etc." where everybody shares completely-fabricated "anecdotes" in their circle-jerk....then we have nothing to worry about.

Why go to the mailbox each month for an EBT card she has in her wallet all the time? Any idiot would report these guys and get their own key.

It might be a little more believable if jerkass here said, "My buddies held her EBT card hostage and she's apparently got the I.Q. of a rusty nail" or "This took place in 1985 and she's got the I.Q. of a rusty nail" or "This took place in 1985/He held her EBT card hostage and we're a death-dealing street gang adept at blackmail AND we are the people running the apartment building".

If it's none of those; Then it's most likely a case of "I made this aaaaallll up".

If anything close to this really happened; It involved probably a silly prank and one guy gave her back the key....or it's a case of "I wish me and my buds did this! Boy! She was annoying!" or she read them the riot act and got the administrator/landlord/police/etc. involved instead of "thanking" these turkeys even once!

This guy must really think women are that stupid!

The whole thing reads like a plot from a crappy Hentai!

This is either lies or happened like 30 years ago when food stamps were actually stamps. In any case, you're a douche.

When I was in my late teens and early twenties, I worked as a cashier at one of my uncle's grocery stores. If I had a customer obviously struggling to make ends meet, I'd often void a couple of items that were easy to re-enter manually, like meat or produce. After they'd leave, I'd ring up those things again and pay for them out of my pocket.

My uncle was a widower who never had children of his own, so my double-first cousin and I inherited most of his wealth when he passed away. To be frank, now I'd never have to work another day in my life if I didn't want to. I only do it because I like what I do now, and there are people who need some of that money more than me.
