Remember that evolution is still a theory. It is not scientific fact. Currently macro evolution is a complete lie, but in the next x amount of years it could be proven correct. Micro evolution has better overall evidence. One discovery can change the world and the "scientific fact" that we currently believe. Once the earth was considered flat.

I swear, every time I hear the "just a theory" attack on evolution I want to bitch slap that person until their ears bleed.
OK, "Dr." Brule, where exactly does microevolution stop and macroevolution start? You do know that when you concede that microevolution takes place that you're conceding that evolution happens, don't you? Because what you call mircoevolution is just the evolutionary process you claim never happens.
And you do know that it was the church which held onto the idea of a flat earth after scientists discovered that it was round, don't you? Yeah, you might not want to use that argument.
An idea is not a lie just because it has not been proven to your particular satisfaction. Evolution has been proven again and again and never mind the crap about micro and macro; that's just BS from the fundies to cover that fact that evolution has been proven time and again using bacteria and microbes.
I will applaud your grasp of the fact that the world is not flat and I urge you to grasp the idea that, contrary to the bible:

You're playing with words. Evolution is an observed fact. TheTheory of Evolution is a theory that explains the observation. It's like with gravity: something falling is an observed fact. The "Theory of Universal Gravitation" is a theory that explains the observation.
Remember, creationism is still a fantasy. It is not a scientific fact. Evolution has much better overall evidence. Once the earth was considered by the religious to be flat, and to have "four corners"; it took science to come along and prove it was a sphere.

Relativity is also still a theory, but my GPS units work just fine, even though the calculations they make to determine positioning are based on relativity mathematics.
The distinction between macro and micro evolution is analogous to that between macro and micro gravity. There's macro gravity (i.e. Einstein and co.'s droll ramblings about warped "space-time," etc.) and then there's micro gravity (that's what makes apples fall off trees). The two are entirely distinct phenomena, and only the latter has ever been scientifically proven.
