I have a friend from high school who I thought was pretty back then, but she's absolutely beautiful now at age 45. To say that women aren't attractive after 18 means you're not looking.

That's bullshit beginning to end. The first and youngest known age of consent law was set in 1275 at 12 years old, not fucking 10. In areas there was no set law it fluctuated between 11 and 13. A rough standard was eventually agreed on and went up gradually long before women had any say in politics. Sane man here (I think; vouching for one's own sanity is a tricky philosophical stance). I totally defend my willing subordination of some of my own rights. I don't have the right to go run over poor people in a pickup truck. I don't have the right to tell the tax collectors to fuck off. I don't have the right to own anti-tank missiles.
But in return, I get certain assurances. I know that other people can't run me over with a truck, or will be punished if they do. I know that the government will have at least some power to fund its activities. I know that, should worse come to worst and one of my neighbors turns out to be a danger to me and the general public, at least they won't be a danger to an M1 Abrams.
That's how society works. In this case your inability to proposition a 15-year-old is very much related to a bank's inability to pursue a 15-year-old with predatory lending, and for the same reason: they can't (or society isn't assured that they can) fully understand the consequences of what they're being asked, so we have to protect them for them.
