[speaking about tolerance of homosexuals]
I am in education and see the trend of teaching tolerance to our young people and this scares me.

Well, Mr. Damoron, *you* don't have to be tolerant -- you have every right to be a bigoted asshole, and the parents of the children you "educate" have every right to complain about it to your superiors.
Jesus said "love thy neighbor." He didn't say "except if he's gay." That's called tolerance.
I don't believe Jesus was the son of God, but I still think he was one hell of a thinker, especially for his time.
What do you call people who don't believe in God but follow the moral lessons of Jesus? They need a name.
God forbid we should teach children that "whatever you wish that men would do to you, do so to them" (Mat. 7:12). Instead, we should "mark them which cause divisions and offenses contrary to the doctrine which ye have learned; and avoid them." (Rom. 16:17)
As we know, fundies never listen to that latte-sipping, Volvo driving Jesus when they can find some hate-filled, bigoted writing of that conservative good ol' boy, Paul's that's more to their holier-than-thou liking.
"I am in education and see the trend of teaching tolerance to our young people and this scares me."
The fact that you are paid to be near children and to teach them about the world scares me. It would be bad enough if you were just near children, or if you just taught children while not being close proximity to them, or if you were getting paid by any other means (because dolts like you shouldn't have an influence on the economy). But, all three?...Disturbing.
you will be so shocked when you don't get into heaven because you completely disregarded the teachings of Jesus for some home cooked hatered doctrin!
and I will laugh when you scream from the pain of the hell fire, I sit with god (sarcm.)

I'm pretty sure that is one of the bible verse that Andy Schafly's version cuts out for being a "liberal corruption."
I am also pretty sure that, when that bible goes on sale, Mr. Dameron will be the first to buy a copy.
I am also pretty sure that when the school administrators tell him that he can't read Andy's bible, Mr. Dameron will be back on the internet crying persecution and intolerance.
I am in education and...
That's fine, Mr. Dameron, after you finish sweeping up in the gym, there's some puke on the cafeteria floor needs mopping up.
What he really means to say: "I am in education and see the trend of teaching tolerance to our young people and this scares me."
What I say: "He is in education, and THAT scares me".
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
