Here's a good way to make sure you don't hold someone's hand, or kiss them-your husband is down the line somewhere. How do you think he would feel if he knew you were kissing someone else, holding someone elses hand? Giving what is his away. I mean, how would you feel if you knew your husband had already given his kiss away, or even his entire purity? We all dream of a guy who hasn't done anything with another girl right? It goes both ways. And also, that guy you kiss is someone elses future husband. So I also had to repent of not only not staying faithful to my future husband and giving away something that was rightfully his, but taking away his first kiss aswell. A first kiss that rightfully belonged to someone else. But I've repented, and I've made a promise, a vow to God, to wait.

Oh shut the fuck up. Just remember, if you stray from your pledge of purity, God is forgiving, viruses are not. Use condoms, don't be stupid.
"Here's a good way to make sure you don't hold someone's hand, or kiss them"
Be really ugly?
"your husband is down the line somewhere."
And here I thought fundies were against gay marriage...
"How do you think he would feel if he knew you were kissing someone else, holding someone elses hand?"
Probably, aroused.
"Giving what is his away."
Because, as we all know, humans are property.
"I mean, how would you feel if you knew your husband had already given his kiss away, or even his entire purity?"
It depends. If he was good at it, I'd feel grateful. If not, I'd feel cheated.
"We all dream of a guy who hasn't done anything with another girl right?"
Hahahaha... okay, I'm not female, but does any female (or gay male) actually dream of this?
"It goes both ways."
No, people go both ways. Now, for guys, we have this classic dilemma known as "the madonna and the whore" which pretty conclusively shows that you're not entirely correct.
"And also, that guy you kiss is someone elses future husband."
Unless he's bi, or comes out of the closet later. Or dies young. Or never marries for some other reason. But hey, just in case, do your future husband a favor, and only kiss girls until you meet him. He'd like that.
"So I also had to repent of not only not staying faithful to my future husband and giving away something that was rightfully his, but taking away his first kiss aswell."
Oh, I don't think YOU'LL be the one taking away his first kiss.
"A first kiss that rightfully belonged to someone else."
Yeah... whoever he gave it to. AKA, not you.
"But I've repented, and I've made a promise, a vow to God, to wait."
Well, considering how these sorts of vows usually go, I guess it's lucky for you that there's no God. I'd think that, if there were, he'd be pretty pissed at you for breaking your promise.
"We all dream of a guy who hasn't done anything with another girl right?"

I do, but only if he is really young. I like the idea of corrupting a newbie.
Now I ain't saying you should throw yourself groin first at anyone who comes along but does Skittlesrock realize that her entire system is based on finding a guy who crazy/desperate enough to marry her despite her insane aversion to physical contact of any sort?
This is a stupid, stupid system. Who would get engaged to a woman who wouldn't even hold his hand? What sort of crippling lack of self confidence would make a guy put up with something like that?
"Giving what is his away. I mean, how would you feel if you knew your husband had already given his kiss away, or even his entire purity?"
Giving away what is his? Ha! Last I checked these were MY lips, MY hands, and MY vagina. I am NOT any man's (or woman's) property.
And I detest the use of the word "purity" in regards to sex. It makes it seem that non-virgins are dirty or "unclean." It's such a negative connotation.
"But I've repented, and I've made a promise, a vow to God, to wait."
Well, I made a vow to enjoy sex as a gift from the gods/universe/whatever you want to say.
Wow...I typed in an address wrong and look what I found...harsh.
I noticed a typo-I meant to say I also took my first kiss's kiss away. Not my husbands.
And also one key thing your missing here-faith. I have faith that God will send me my husband and I won't be courted till I'm sure, and when God tells me that it's my future husband, that I'll be fine with holding his hand and maybe even a kiss or two. But only until God lets me know that he is my future husband.
Also, sin is dirty. Purity is clean.
The key thing, yet again, is faith. I'll know when I've met my future husband because I have faith. I can't explain it really. I believe in God, I have faith that He's real. I believe He sent His son to die for us on the cross, I believe Jesus willingly died on the cross for our sins because there had to be some sort of sacrifice to be able to get to heaven and be with God forver, I believe that He rose three days later. Basically, I have faith in the Gospel.
G-God created us to be with Him.
O-Our sins separate us from God.
S-Sins cannot be removed by good deeds alone.
P-Paying the price for sin, Jesus died and rose again.
E-Everyone who trusts in Jesus and Jesus alone recieves eternal life.
L-Life eternal is where those who believe Jesus is their only way to Heaven get to spend life in Heaven with God forever.
G-Gosh you believe a lot of shit.
O-Other people might be inclined to think you're somewhat insane!
S-So there's a Big Sky Daddy! - riiiight got it!
P-Prayer is a delusion, stemming from misplaced self importance.
E-Education will teach you how things really work!
L-Learning facts may cure you of your superstition!
Please don't make me do one for SUCK MY DICK!
Skittle, think logically. Kant said that you have to be sure that what you say can be made universal law. You can't turn God in a kind of dating agency or matchmaker, for you don't know if you are going to find that man AT ALL, you don't have superpowers. God has not put a lobby in all us that says "Mrs or Mr So and So's husband/wife". This way you add needless pressure and you fall into prudery.Second, infidelity to your husband happens when this union has been ratified. No same men or woman for that matter in the world can feel jelous because a person who hasn't met yet is dating somebody else. Nowhere in the Bible says that just kissing somebody else who is not meant to be your spose in the end is "stealing" or being unfaithful. You are if that relationship exists at all.
What?! You held hands with a boy back in the 7th grade? Sinful, sinful. Unclean! Whore of Babylon! You should have waited for me - die, heretic!
KaFouzalem was a wily witch
A warty whore, a brazen bitch
The cause of all the lips to twitch
That lived in Old Jerusalem.
Hi, ho, KaFouzalem
Harlot of Jerusalem
Prostitute of ill repute
And daughter of the rabbi.
...probably lusted in her wicked heart to kiss one of them boys, too...
And you know, the funny bit is that after you do get married, he'll be fucking the secretary in a few years. Either that, or (best case scenario) you two decide to get into swinging.
I'm sitting here laughing. At 26, I know that no matter which girl I start dating, most of them have given away their "purity" (not to mention their hands) to other guys. I think it's foolish to believe otherwise.
I'm not really a big fan of the type of girl who enjoys being spitroasted at parties and drinking the semen of drunken sailors by the bucketload but damn, holding hands ??? You've got me outpruded.
p.s. It's probably just the fact that I just got up and am very hung over but I read "or even his entire purity?" as "or even his entire pussy?" which would probably make more sense given the type of guy you're holding out for.
Great, the ^-^ Perfect Purity Plan lives. The great plan where ladies are owned by their father, then their [predestined] husband, and any affection before that from any other guy is a sin.
Then again, I never assumed it was limited to T4C.
I dream of a guy who knows how to please... and uhh haven't had good experiences with newbs!!! Bring on the experience!!
Oh yeah, can we stop letting 10 year olds on the internet? Wait until they hit puberty and start getting sexual desires. (evil laugh)
Beware: Repression leads to deviant behavior! Oh, and what happens if she is raped before marriage? And don't give me that "she was dressed provocatively" shtick...maybe she was, maybe she wasn't; it is still the rapist's fault, goshdangit!
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
