[Topic: Is Gum-Chewing Sinning?]
Let's Say your chewing gum in class when one of the rules clearly states "NO gum-chewing."
Would That be considered a Sin? I want to say no but when I really think about it this is what I came up with
1. God Thought of the principle [or however he plans babies]
2. Parents Gave birth to Principle
3. Principle went to school to be principle
4. became principle
5. Came up with no gum-chewing rule.
Since God guides us [or at least trys to with everyone] in everything we do. he must have guided him to do that
So disobeying the one who came up the rule [who God created and guided] would be disobeying God... right??

God thought of Hitler.
(RECORD GODWIN!)
Also, it's principal.
1. God thought of Johnny Logan
2. parents gave birth to Johnny Logan
3. Johnny Logan went to school to be Johnny Logan
4. became Johnny Logan
5. Made some crappy songs.
Therefore, not listening to Johnny Logan is a sin.
1) That's princiPAL, not princiPLE.
2) Unless you're younger than 12 years old, it's really sad that you don't know how babies are made.
3) Principals don't make the rules, generally. They usually answer to the superintendent, who answers to the school board, who makes the policies.
4) By your logic, any rule that anyone comes up with - no matter how arbitrary, wrong or cruel - MUST be followed, because they were (according to you) created by God.
Therefore, by your reasoning, it is wrong to overthrow dictators, and child-molesting priests are just doing their job.
You've just justified every evil despot that has ever lived to be God's faithful servants. Well done.
Let's say you're posting on a forum in the English language when one of the rules clearly states that your is a possessive and you're is a contraction. You make a stupid post using your as a contraction. Would that be considered a sin? I would say yes.
Other grammatical sins:
a. Indiscriminate capitalization
b. Using the word principle to mean principal .
So disobeying the one who came up the rule [who God created and guided] would be disobeying God... right??
A perfect justification of the devine rights of kings.
Welcome to the Middle Ages.
Down with democracy. Down with liberty. Obey those whom God has ordained as your masters and honor St. Paul's teachings. God ordains it and you will obey it...or suffer the consequences.

[Topic: Is Praying Sinning?]
Let's s ay you're praying in class when one of the rules clearly states "NO praying ."
Would t hat be considered a s in? I want to say no but when I really think about it this is what I came up with
1. God t hought of the principal [or however he plans babies]
2. Parents g ave birth to the p rincipal
3. The p rincipal went to school to be principal
4. He b ecame principal
5. He c ame up with the no praying rule.
Since God guides us [or at least trie s to with everyone] in everything we do, he must have guided him to do that.
So disobeying the one who came up the rule [who God created and guided] would be disobeying God... right??
Remember, the principal is your PAL.
And, wtf? This is like Stephen Colbert 'I made Huckabee!' logic... It's not to be applied outside of a comedy show setting, people!
I hereby declare stupidity to be wrong.
1. God thinks of Galle (or however he plans babies in his clone-o-mat)
2. Parents give birth to Galle
3. Galle goes to school
4. Becomes functioning adult
5. Comes up with no-stupidity rule
Therefore, being stupid offends God by proxy and is thus a sin. So stop doing it!
You appear to be homeschooled by a Catholic retard. Your post is virtually English-free. You show no sign of having received sex education. Furthermore, you appear to believe that people attain a position of power through divine will.
You seem best suited for a career as a WalMart greeter.
Ok, that's it. There is no hope for humanity, at all. This walking, superdense core of stupidity single-handedly cancels out the entire collected intelligence of the species.
Holy cow, this poster is a classic version of a right wing authoritarian personality.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Right_Wing_Authoritarianism
"1. Authoritarian submission a high degree of submission to the authorities who are perceived to be established and legitimate in the society in which one lives.
2. Authoritarian aggression a general aggressiveness, directed against various persons, that is perceived to be sanctioned by established authorities.
3. Conventionalism a high degree of adherence to the social conventions that are perceived to be endorsed by society and its established authorities. (Source: Altemeyer, 1996, Chapter 1)"
Murder, rape, theft, bigotry, chewing gum. All these sins entered the world when Eve did eat of the apple.
Be funny if you reached the Pearly Gates and found your good and bad deeds were perfectly balanced, until they looked at your gum record and sent you to Hell.
"How'd you like to do eternity for a stick of gum?"
And since God created Hitler and God's Plan includes Hitler slaughtering a shitload of people, you would be evil to stand in his way.
The jug of milk answers prayers..
1. God Thought of the Abortion Doctor [or however he plans babies]
2. Parents Gave birth to the Abortion Doctor
3. Abortion Doctor went to school to be Abortion Doctor << and spent a lot more time there than your principal
4. became Abortion Doctor
5. Started performing abortions which are legal.
Since God guides us [or at least trys to with everyone] in everything we do. he must have guided him to do that
So disobeying the one who came up the rule [who God created and guided] would be disobeying God... right??
HOMOPHONE ALERT! Its "principal" not "principle" in the context you have chosen. And god didn't guide him, he made a career out of education and moved up the ladder.
If you want to think it a sin to chew gum in class though, be my guest.
God guides everyone in everything they do? So then I guess every decision a person makes is ordained by God then? So chewing gum in class against the principal's rule would just show that it was God's will for the principal to make the rule and for you to break it?
And I guess that also means nobody not even murderers and rapists are really responsible for anything, because God guides us to do everything, right?
Umn... you read the New Testement too much. Yeah, I know, it says slaves obey your masters, and a lot of stuff about how we should all obey the divine rights of kings, but honestly, STFU. Or at least submit to rules that make sense.
1. God Thought of the homosexual[or however he plans babies]
2. Parents Gave birth to homosexual
3. homsesexual went to school to be homosexual?
4. became homosexual.
5. Came up with gay rights.
Thus, disrespect and segregation of gays is a sin.
Then the same will hold true when the tribulation comes, and all my heathen friends and I are in authority. If we decide to crucify you for being such mindless tool, you must remember not to complain! Take it like a good bitch!
And then, as you die, realize that you don't need to invoke your imaginary god to justify following simple rules.
Hitler was guided to kill lots of people, and i don't know how hard god was cheering for that, personally.
this logic is far from watertight. It would have just been a lot easier to quote a bible verse about respecting those in positions of authority :)
By that "logic", God thought of Adolf Hilter, Stalin, Robert William Picketon and Jeffery Dahmer, so committing mass murder is a good thing.
I hate how organized religion is SO hung up on obedience! The Nazis were obedient...were THEY good? No. I think a better gauge of character is to look at heart and intentions, not blind and stringent obedience. After all, we were given free will for a reason...it's a terrible waste of free will to always obey, obey, obey! As long as you're not harming anyone it should be ok. Where would we be if we always did as we were told? Would we be happier? Maybe, maybe not...but we'd be more ignorant and less powerful than we are now.
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
