I work as a manager of a large fab shop, it is good work and generally nigger free.

However, I do not control HR, so we get the occasional nigger job applicant who is running out of unemployment, and they always hire them. Usually they start showing up late and get canned pretty quick by the same HR people that hired them.

A few months back they brought me a nigger buck, so obviously I knew it wouldn't be there long. This was a different kind of nigger tho- didn't speak the usual niggerbabble, learned the job quickly, always came to work...I thought maybe it would prove this old niggermaniac wrong...but no.

Lately this nigger returned to form. It has become mouthy, lazy, difficult with my human employees...typical nigger behavior. Now in the old days, we had ways of correcting such behavior, but with today's rules I have been filing paperwork on it for a couple of weeks, going through the process.

So I am pleased to announce that I now have enough documentation to fire this nigger, and plan to do so first thing in the morning. This will be the second nigger that will be fired by me, personally. I'm pretty excited about it. I'm also pretty happy that I have never been proven wrong about a nigger, and I never will be. They have no role in the workplace. I wouldn't hire one to scrub shitters if I didn't have to.
