It is correct to say that there are living cells in an arm, but not correct to say that the arm is alive - there is a BIG difference. And an arm is much different than a fetus. For one, a fetus is alive and an arm isn't... You can kill a living fetus because it lives; you cannot kill an arm, because arm's aren't alive.
