A loaded gun in the hands of a child or promiscuity in the eh-hem, arms of a promiscuous person spells harm to the innocent.
Certainly, because everybody knows that all promiscous people, every last one of them, have no other purpose in life but to go around seeking innocents to harm with their evil sex powers.
Grow. The. Fuck. Up. The only way people go through life ignorant of the possible dangers of irresponsible promiscuity, unprotected sex, and sexually transmitted diseases is because of "Abstinence Only" brand of sex ed that you people propagate that has left people ill prepared and often times ignorant about sexual matters. Blame it on whatever you want, It won't change the fact that you are wrong. It is not sexual promiscuity that causes harm, it's the lack of comprehensive sex education that leads people into harmful situations that could have easily been prevented.
We should be rightfully terrified of "Bi-Sexuals."
Why? What makes bi-sexuals "terrifying"? How is it that bi-sexuals are inherently dangerous? You act as if all bi-sexuals have no other goal but to go aroud screwing everything that moves male and female alike.
Further more you seem, and I daresay that you intend, to imply that all bi-sexuals will attempt to screw anyone and everyone whether or not the other party is willing. It's just plain bullshit, bi-sexuals are simply people who find themselves sexually attracted to both males and females, and not, as you try to convey, lust crazed rapists who target the innocent and naive regardless of the sexual orientation of the aforementioned "innocents".
They should be required to be licensed through the State and register with the authorities.
Why? What crime have they commited? What harm do they cause to society? Why should they be singled out for oppression? You would throw a fit if heterosexuals, christians, or some other group that find favor with were to be the target of such draconian, dictitorial, and ass backwards policies like the one you suggest.
Now to get to the point. Where does it end? If you were to get your way and have all bi-sexuals register with and be moniterd by the government, would you, could you stop there? Of course not, next it would be homosexuals, atheists, muslims, liberals, leftists, democrats, or even jews. Nor would you likely stop at making them register, before long there would be places that those groups would no longer be allowed to patronize, then so on and so forth until you hit the point where you can rationalize just eliminating "the other" outright. What you are proposing is that america adopt the very policies of the third reich, the same policies that eventually lead to the holocaust. I might be pulling a Godwin here, but I'm also right.
