Considering that every time a business tells anyone else to fuck off because their ethnicity, sexual orientation, or religion "makes them uncomfortable" it gets a hearty defense I don't think you can argue the point without losing more ground than if you just surrendered.
Also: genetics don't work that way. It seems your knowledge of the human body begins and ends with things you can stick your penis into and your experience in that regard is limited and out of date.
But as long as Sanders' night out is under the microscope what I find really hilarious was her follow-up tweets first claiming that she's respectful to everyone - which she isn't, her job is to go out every day and insult the intelligence of anyone who asks questions while answering nothing - while dissing the restaurant by name. Which as it turns out violates ethics laws since it was done from her government Twitter account and counts as using her position to directly impact a private business once again demonstrating that for all the claims of being for law and order the Trump administration could not hold the law in greater contempt if it was also a small child in dire need of human compassion.
Well at least she got a free meal, which is just another thing the right wing claims to hate.

Political ideology does get protection under civil rights laws, except for hate-speech which is a violation of civil rights.
