Absolutely! I can't remember the evidence is for a young earth, but I remember that it was convincing.

You can't remember what the evidence was because it never existed. You were convinced because you are a moron.
..Or did I dream it?

That's rich. I cannot remember the proof that God does not exist, but I remember that it was convincing. So there.

How convenient. I on the other hand can remember the evidence for an old Earth and it goes like this:
A half-life is the amount of time it takes half of a radioactive isotope to completely decay. Uranium 238 has a half-life of four billion years. There is still naturally occurring Uranium 238 on Earth, found in places such as Africa were the crust is very old. On the other hand there is no naturally occurring elements of Thorium 230 which at its most has a half-life of 75,380 years. If the Earth was 6,000 years old we would still find naturally occurring Thorium 230 along with Uranium 238, because it wouldn't have had enough time to completely decay, but you don't. Therefore the Earth is billion of years old
QED Bitch.
"I can't remember the evidence is for a young earth, but I remember that it was convincing." In other words, you were convinced by something unrelated to the evidence. But I think I could have guessed that.
"One thing evolutionists believe is that the earth is 4.6 billion years old and they get this from an instrument that apparently "measures the age of the earth". "
Reading this I imagined a thing like a voltmeter. You stick two probes into the earth and the needle points to "4.5 billion"
"I can't remember the evidence is for a young earth, but I remember that it was convincing."
I remember the evidence for a young earth, and I remember it's bullshit.
The evidence was SO convincing, in fact, that merely learning it caused it to be wiped from your memory and, in fact, all of reality! Wow!
Now, go pick up a science book and actually read it. Maybe you'll absorb something resembling a fact.
"Absolutely! I can't remember the evidence is for a young earth, but I remember that it was convincing."
Wow! I'm convinced! Chalk one up to the airtight creationist theory.
*headdesk.*

The stupid, it burns!

See Adams, book 3, chapter 34: Prak, the Princes of the Plains, and the Tribesmen of the Cold Hillsides.
Confused?
