These calls are from federal agencies. They monitor emails and determine who originated the email. Then the call call your phone and or cell so they can monitor your phone calls. Once they call your number they have you locked into their phone monitoring system. You may want to try unplugging your land line and leave it unplugged for a few hours. If they call back then you know unplugging the phone worked. I have tried this tactic before, sometimes it worked. You cell phone is a different matter. The chip in your phone retains the data and it may be difficult to undo the call.

Regardless of who it is, if you are doing what you're suppose to do, then it does not matter who they are or what they want. As a Rehabilitation Counselor it is my professional opinion they are tracking 20/20 neural chip victims. Over 2 million Americans have been illegally injected. I would be curious to determine if their is a correlation between the phone calls and people who have sleep disorders, mental health diagnosis, or involvement with CJS.

There is no way to determine that but I have been researching this project going on 4 years now. Corruption ins rampant everywhere in the U.S. and NSA and other federal programs are behind the scam on the American public.
