Blacks, through thier typically racist outlook, believe that America owes them a living. This outlook causes many of them to perpetuate the welfare culture which in turn leads to crime. I am not saying that their skin color causes them to commit crimes, but it is their outlook on life which of course stems from their genetic makeup that causes this behavior.
