Uhhh. I have short hair, (mad professor-style because it looks like a bloody lions mane any longer than three inches) and I'm a woman. Does that make me a sinner because 'God' gave me bad hair?
That said, it makes it easier to get a motorcycle helmet on and off if I'm not tucking in ass-length hair. Because you know, a motorcycle courier has to ride to get paid. Think of the possibilities and time/effort/utilities/cash saved if a woman does not have to spend three hours washing, combing and drying her hair.

i'm 50, long haired male since my teens. Except for the odd person I don't hear much about it. I think it's a good human-mindset test: People who think it's an issue, or that they have any say about it are just difficult people to deal with on any subject.
I prefer long hair on woman but it's got nothing to do with me, even my wifes hair.

1. Living by a biblical dress code is stupid.
2. I don't know why anyone thinks that short hair is easier. You have to wash it and blow dry it and style it every single day. With long hair, you can skip washing it if you don't have the time or facilities and just put it up in a ponytail. Easy peasy.

It's entirely up to a woman to decide how she wants to wear her hair and for what it's worth I've seen some incredibly hot women with short hair. If god doesn't like it, tough shit.

My eldest sister has a page-bob hairstyle not unlike the above, and her husband has said (albeit jokingly) that if she changes it, he'll divorce her (besides, she says she prefers it that way - it's easier to manage, and all that jazz). He thinks she looks extremely sexy like that.
