[i'm a gay christian and i want to know if i'm accepted into the christian faith]
There is no such thing. So what would it matter what Christians think of the idea?

Wait wait wait, is he saying that there is not such thing as Christians, or that there is no such thing as Gay Christians.. Well seeing which board its coming from, I'd say its the former. In which case, its kinda easy to see this guy is an asshole.
anti-nonsense: For you to be a True ChristianTM you need to be interviewed by the Fundie Commision Board, have your Idiocy Quotient measured and, if you meet the qualifications, you'll be anointed a fundie and be relieved of all common sense from then on.
In that case, why should they sin, if there is "no Christian" gay person?, why should they submit to guidelines and prerrogatives from a faith they're not supposed to hold?
Just the one. And he hasn't been seen in almost 2000 years.
And even he was a Jew!
Seriously though, gay Christians very much exist, whether Fundies admit it or not. Besides, Jesus had nothing to say on the matter, and he was the son of God. So, yeah...
there is no such thing as a 'gay' Christian.
So, there's no such thing as a selfish eating Christian then?
A small list of abominations/sins according to the Bible:
Carrying anything on a Sunday.
Eating shellfish.
Eathing pork.
Failing to sacrifice animals on a regular basis.
Thinking a lustful thought.
Saying "you're a fool"
Owning statues.
Fighting a lawsuit.
anybody who tries to convince people that they can break this law is doomed.
Sin of pride, there. God and Jesus are the ultimate judges; not mortals. And no, quoting Bible verses still doesn't eliminate that fact.
Why does the shellfish thing only apply to Jews, but the gay thing applies to everyone? It confuses me when you twist the scripture to your liking.
When you use religion to justify bigotry, your logic falls apart. If you believe the Bible as it is written, Jesus came to fulfill Old Testament law and make such stringent rules, ALL of them moot. Therefore anything you quote from Leviticus is pointless if you consider yourself a True ChristianTM .
I know it's just a troll, but...
So what would it matter what Christians think of the idea?
What would it matter what Jesus thinks of that idea? He was probably a Christian.
Oh, wait. He didn't say anything about it. My bad.
There is no such thing.
I guess that while humans can be several things at once, an Infinite, All-Knowing and All-Loving Supreme Being can't. Okay then.
Hey, Nameless One. Clarify something if you would:
"Leviticus 20, 13
If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their lives."
So... they have forfeited their lives and we kill them. Nice.
Have they also forfeited their right to be called christians? You know, do any good deeds they might have caught up with, before we finished them off, count?
Nameless coward:
Nice language, you kiss jebus with that mouth? You supposedly follow his teaching yet you come forth with bile and disdain? WWJD, fuckhead.
And pride IS a sin, it's one of the seven deadly ones. Don't make me quote scripture on your spineless ass.
And why is it that the more rabid a fundie, the more they desire to talk about another person's sex life, especially gay sex? Hey clueless; why don't you just rent some gay porn, make that pass at your friends brother and come out of the closet already? And lastly, you believe in zombies, sky-fairies and heaven, and you call US delusional? That's the kind of irony that produces iron chariot wheels that your imaginary god can't defeat. But, with an attitude and foul language like yours, you're no true christian anyway. You make all the real christians look bad with your uncontrolled idiocy and mouth-foaming.
I believe Jesus had something to say about judging and condemning others, did he not?
Luke 6:37 Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven
Nice language, I think Jesus had something to say about that, too:
Matthew 15:11 Not that which goeth into the mouth defileth a man; but that which cometh out of the mouth, this defileth a man.
So, clearly, little troll person, you aim to be as un-Christlike as possible.
Besides, Nameless One. If there is are no gays, adulterers or other interesting people, where is the fun?
I think I wanna go where those people are.
Besides, Nameless One. If there are no gays, adulterers or other interesting people, where is the fun?
I think I wanna go where those people are.
Besides, Nameless One. If there are no adulterers, gays or free-thinking women in heaven, where's the fun.
I wanna go where those people are.
Praetyre:
Meaning all Christian women are lesbians? Sounds kinda hot.

Gee, nameless, when did God die and appoint you in his place? Seems pretty damn arrogant of you to try to separate the "lambs and the goats" in his place! Might be violating #1 by putting yourself in God's place, didn't go so well the last time a guy named Lucifer tried it! Jesus said that's the big one! Seems like it might be worse in his eyes than "touching pigskin" or "being gay"! PS Still waiting on your famous anti-gay Jesus quote!
you're not really thinking that you can be fags and still go to heaven, do you?
I don't think anyone is going to an imaginary place.
that means the law against homosexuals will not change.
But the Jewish dietary laws changed, the law saying that menstruating women were unclean and must keep apart changed and the law that all males must be circimcised at the age of 8 days changed.
You're picking and choosing which laws apply to you, ore rather, you're picking and choosing which verses to use as clubs on those you hate.
you're not really thinking that you can be fags and still go to heaven, do you?
Why not? Jesus said so:
And, behold, one came and said unto him, Good Master, what good thing shall I do, that I may have eternal life?
And he said unto him, Why callest thou me good? [there is] none good but one, [that is], God: but if thou wilt enter into life, keep the commandments.
He saith unto him, Which? Jesus said, Thou shalt do no murder, Thou shalt not commit adultery, Thou shalt not steal, Thou shalt not bear false witness,
Honour thy father and [thy] mother: and, Thou shalt love thy neighbour as thyself.
The young man saith unto him, All these things have I kept from my youth up: what lack I yet?
Jesus said unto him, If thou wilt be perfect, go [and] sell that thou hast, and give to the poor, and thou shalt have treasure in heaven: and come [and] follow me.
~Matthew 19:16 - 21
Right there, in black and white, from the Son of God himself in direct response to the question "what do I have to do to have eternal life?" The commandments you have to keep are SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED - and not having gay sex is NOT among them.
(See also Mark 10:21 and Luke 18:22.)
No such book as "Apocolypse". You're speaking of Revelations.
Also, not Jesus words. (and I'm also using the KJV as reference here). All Jesus words are in red, the words are not in red. Check the King Jame's Bible.
Why am I even 'arguing' with you? You're just a troll. Meh, oh well.
Hey nameless are you stupid or do you expect us to be? Christ's words? In the book of Apocalypse? Better known as Revelations? A suppos-ed dream of what was to happen? Written 60 YEARS AFTER Christ's death, possibly by the Apostle John, possibly by John of Patmos, possibly by God know's who? You gotta do better than that! And there ain't a damn word there to differentiate homosexuals from football players or shellfish eaters. You fail, miserably.
WRONG! Those are the words of a Prophet, which have been translated and retranslated over more than a thousand years. Not to mention nowhere there does it say "teh geyz".
YOU PHAIL.
By the way, nice going, deleting all your older comments. Coward.
Edit: And, poof, his post is gone. Why am I not surprised?
I guess since I'm a bisexual Christian, I don't exist. Whoa.
I really, really, REALLY wanna know why fundies aren't railing against remarriage the way they are freaking out about homosexuality. They let the divorced and remarried into their churches, even though Jesus said that that is tantamount to committing ongoing adultery. Why are they so picky and choosy about what parts of the Bible they will pay attention to?
Confused?
So were we! You can find all of this, and more, on Fundies Say the Darndest Things!
