Um, it’s cosplay. I cosplay because I like the character, not because of national or racial heritage.
I mean, the last cosplay I saw wasn’t playing as a human character, but a Warhammer Orc. Seen elves, mermaids, Princess Leia, a Vulcan, a transformer, Lindsay Graham… AND some humans!
Really, making a distinction between two different flavors of human in cosplay is just beyond petty.

And as far as attractive, I’ve seen a fat man with a beard cosplaying as Wonder Woman. Not attractive, but I won’t accuse him of being a racist because he’s not an Amazon from Themyscira. More power to him.

I’ve seen that Star Trek Voyager episode where they’re born old and turn youthful as they die, but far as I know all huamsn are born youthful. Cute is in the eye of the beholder.

Gonna go out on a limb, here, and raise the fuck you in the face with a halberd flag. You don’t own cosplay, you don’t set the rules for cosplay, and you certainly don’t have any input on who or WHAT I want to pretend to be.
MAYBE you could sue a costume fabrication company for copyright infringement, but probably not individuals due to the Fair Use Act.
