No proof, no teaching. It's as simple as that. If, say, someone were to actually find real evidence against evolution, fine. But nobody ever has, and no evidence has ever been presented for creationism.

Universities don't ban everything, they just won't teach creation sience / intelligent design as sience, because it isn't sience. ID (by any other name) is a blatant attempt to get religion tought instead of sience.
If you want your children to study religious concepts, send them to a theological university, where they can study to be priests (catholioc or otherwise).
