How do you prove science wrong? Well, by using science then, too. At least science is willing to play fair, which is more than one can say for religion.
To theists god is their brain, heart and conscience. How do you prove the existence of this god? You don't; you have to have faith.
Now that we've established who uses logic, what's your point?
Sure it's a God. Truth is the ideal, cryo tubes and spectrophotometers are our holy relics, lectures are our sermons and Nobel Prize winners are our prophets.
We don't have priests that molest altar boys through, which makes ours the religion of choice.

How do you prove science right? When you apply it, you get positive results.
Example, applied science created the computer you used to post your inane opinion. Try praying for a computer to post on and see what happens.
