"If you look closely at Darwin's scale you can see that it is progressive with man becoming larger and smarter."
Larger brains require greater caloric intake to run them, hence you tend to have to eat more. Eating more means eating better food sources; better food sources means more nutrients which in turn tends to make you grow better. What's your point?
"Now intelligence is not a factor in Evolution?"
Not particularly. The smarter you are the better able you are to avoid predators, predate other creatures and adapt to changes in your environment but intelligence isn't required to evolve. Saying it's a byproduct would be a better phrasing to use.
"Some are claiming that the brains of animals are complex, but yet they lack intelligence."
Depends on how you define "intelligence" now doesn't it?
"How can animals evolve but yet remain at the current level of brain complexity after millions of years of evolution?"
Who says they have?
"If human like creatures were in existence for millions of years why is there only 6 billion people on earth I mean there should be about a trillion or more people on earth why so little after so many years of existence?"
Famine, war, plague, disease, predators and natural disasters to name a handful of reasons. It's only recently that we've had any semblance of control over how long we live. Prior to that it was pretty much a crap shoot.
"Also why are people still claiming close similarity with apes when Science has already admitted that recent tests disproved this theory?"
Who are these nameless scientists that run around disproving things all the time yet never publish their work, yet somehow every creationist in the world knows about it?
"animals and human are made of the dust of the earth, proof? this is exactly what we turn into when both die."
Technically you decompose into your constituent atomic makeup. While "dirt" and humans and animals are made from atoms, humans are not made of dirt.
"We both consume the same things that come forth from the same earth which we both share, should we not be similer?"
If humans subsisted on something entirely different than any other creature on the planet with no possible evolutionary explanation for it, that would be evidence for special creation. The fact that we eat essentially the same things as any other creature doesn't show a god made us, it shows we share a common link with other creatures.
"Similarity does not prove evolution but in fact proves biblical creation when it states that man, animal, and plants came out of the dust of the earth."
*sigh*
