No matter how much spin the negro advocates want to give it, no matter their endless litany of excuses, in the end, Negroes are more prone to commit crimes.
It isn't poverty, it isn't racial discrimination. It is their race, specifically, their racial lack of gratification deterrence. The negro can not be civilized. Sympathetic whites have spent 50 years and bankrupted every country trying.
