HAARP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) have a base in Alaska and almost have stations at each pole completed. Its SCARY what this shit can do, and was most probably the cause for 'global warming'...

Also, has a thread about chemtrails been started? Cos that shit is dangerous, scary and probably connected to HAARP considering their technology, and what these planes are actually spraying into the air
