The word Lie-beral is often used to refer to liberal activists who value deceit and lies above truth and fairness. It is a portmanteau word.
Tellingly, there is no such coinage related to conservatives --- because there is no use for one!

Because we know that conservatives are liars and deceivers, we don't need a word to emphasize that, you conservatives on the other hand, need a word to insinuate that.
"The word Lie-beral is often used to refer to liberal activists who value deceit and lies above truth and fairness"
Often used, is it? Given that yours is the first example of the phrase that I've heard in my 41 years on this planet, I'll take that with a rather large grain of salt.
I'm with dpareja - "conservatard" is brilliant!
Let's presume for a moment that the fundie's position isn't a steaming pile of horseshit; that conservatives use 'lie-beral' a lot, and liberals don't make up names about conservatives in return.
That conservatives feel the need to excessively insult their opposites, but are not themselves insulted speaks better for the stability and possibly morality of liberals than of conservatives.
That being said, I've met pugnacious dicks on both sides of the argument, and the CONservative name has already been pointed out. The fundie's argument is horseshit, but that's par for the course here.
Yeah! Of course there's fewer such words, because some people have this thing called "maturity" and don't need to always keep using childish insults for people they don't like.
Name-calling is the lowest form of debate.
Lie-berals? That is a Humpty-Dumpty word made up by you,Dear Annie, or others on Conservapediatrica. It is not an accepted (or acceptable) English word, and your use of it shows up your redneckery very nicely.
I also suspect that your use of the word conserative is misleading. I strongly believe that you really mean 'right-wing, fundamentalist Christian' - with all the negativity that goes with that definition.
Tellingly, there is no such coinage related to conservatives --- because non-conservatives are less likely to attempt to counter their opponents with an inane and unfunny pun!
Fixed.
Unfortunately these comments may say differently.
\begin{going on thin ice}
Lie-beral indicates the distinction that there are others, liberals, who are no lie-berals. Thus, you don't need a similar term for conservatives.

"Tellingly, there is no such coinage related to conservatives --- because there is no use for one!"
Quite right. The mere epithet "conservative" is sufficient to mark one out as ill-informed, intolerant and hypocritical. No need to make up new word when the current one has exactly the right connotations.
Firstly Lie-beral is about the most intellectually advanced attack conservatives can muster. It has absolutely no basis but a play on words is about as far as these guys can go most of the time. Secondly, conservative is a misnomer -- recently at least. Conservatives are for overspending, underfunding, war, the destruction of the environment and gross misuse of natural resources. The only things conservatives actually try to conserve are outdated and patently incorrect traditions and mythologies.
[Tellingly, there is no such coinage related to conservatives --- because there is no use for one!]
Except for people like Larry Craig, Duke Cunningham, Mark Foley, Jim West, Tom DeLay, Bob Allen, “Scooter” Libby, Newt Gingrich, Richard Garner, Bill First, Ed Schrock, Trent Lott, Richard Curtis, Adam Kidan, Glen Murphy Jr, David Vitter, and Jack Abramoff...among others.
Yes, it shows that you guys choose smear tactics on any ideology you disagree with, which, as we all know, is page one of the Funie Debate Tactics handbook.
And as for deceit and lies...where are those pesky WMDs? Hmmm? We've had troops trekking from one end of Iraq to another...surely they should have found something by now...
I also suspect that your use of the word conserative is misleading. I strongly believe that you really mean 'right-wing, fundamentalist Christian' - with all the negativity that goes with that definition.
I'm sorry, that is the correct definition of "conservative". We also would have accepted "mindless reactionary hatred" or "closeted homosexual hypocrite".
Are you trying to impress people by spelling "portmanteau" correctly and using it properly in a (sort of) sentence?
"Coinage", now. I'm not sure about that one.
Often used? Only people I hear using it are STR(poe) and youtube commenters.
And as for not applying to conservatives:
Con-servatives
Self-Serve-atives
Conserv-attackers
Conserv-asshats
Cunt-servatives
Cock-servatives
The list goes on and on and on and it doesn't mean anything. The fact that you can twist the name of something to sound bad is not an argument. "If you take McCainPalin and drop the McCainPalin and put in fucktard Zomg McCainPalin=fucktard!"
P.S. Not fundie.
I call them CON-servatives myself.
Incidentally I do use the term "Lie-bral" but only to refer ot the Liberal party here in Canada, which lies a lot and isn't actually liberal.
He's right, you know. Folks to the right-of-center on the political spectrum never, ever lie and are never, ever deceptive.
Especially those Creationists. They never take quotes out of context.
combining two, cunt-servant-ives!
Wait no, that sounds like some sort of barbaric lesbian right of passage among fundies.
Not that that would be a necessarily bad thing, now that I think about it...
Just because you made up a word and a definition doesn't mean it's true. I have never once heard the word "Lie-beral" in use, by conservatives, liberals, anybody.
Lies like HIV is a gay disease, homosexuals are really pedophiles out to recruit your children, Obama's really a secret Muslim, evolution is only taught to give people an excuse to defy God, that onl promiscuous women get abortions, and only do it because having a brat would cramp their free-wheelin' lifestyle, and other gems like that?
Now who would say such horrid things...?
Annie, dearie, I recommend "Lies and the Lying Liars who Tell Them. A Fair and Balanced Look at the Right." by Al Franken.
That'll teach you about those lying, deceitful Lie-berals.
Oh wait... No it won't.
Tellingly, there is no such coinage related to conservatives --- because there is no use for one!
'Conservative'. The first syllable sounds like the slang term for Vagina.
The fact your current Cunt servative 'president' doesn't consider Melania's to be sufficient for him: a married man, then there's your entire argument as destroyed as he will be as a result.
Did Doug 'Piranha' Jones lie when he ensured justice for the families of those murdered by terrorists, Anniepoos...?!
Because you know what you'll be admitting when your answer to that question is the only one possible: thus why Roy Less isn't in the Senate.
A Democrat beating a Cunt servative late last year. And all because a Liberal wasn't a paedophile.
Roy Less finding More: underage .
Very telling, that. Especially if you support anyone other than Jones. Certainly anyone other than the Democrats' candidate in 2020.
If a certain Cunt servative will still be around - and in the White House - before then. And the Repubicans will still be tainted by that orange sinner. As will the GOP, especially the Evangelicals: by someone who hadn't repented of his sins: as has been proved of late. [/Stormy Daniels]
The words Republi-tard and Conserva-tard are often used to refer to conservative activists who value deceit and lies above truth and fairness. It's a portmanteau word.
Tellingly, there is no such coinage related to socialists - because there is no use for one!
[There probably is such a coinage, as there are angry and spiteful people in all walks of life.]
Confused?
