It's ignorant to think we all came from one certain area of the planet. Like Africa was the only habitable area at the time, very doubtful.
Migration is common among mammals as well as reptiles 100 million years ago or 2.5 million years ago.

Who's to assume that human ancestors all gathered into a Woodstock type festival area of 1 continent "Africa" then decided to evolve?
Very unlikely. Humans possibly evolved from 3 different species from all around the world that were closely related enough to interbreed
like zebras, donkeys, and horses.

It's clear the negroid race is still hundred of thousands of years away from evolving fully to be compared to human Mongoloids, and Caucasians.
A slightly evolved Homo erectus is still around, as in the negroid race.
Saying we all came from Africa is like saying race is just a social construct.
