If and when the Vatican is attacked by ISIS, which as everyone knows is ISIS’s ultimate trophy, I can promise you that the Pope would have only wished and prayed that Donald Trump would have been President because this would not have happened. ISIS would have been eradicated unlike what is happening now with our all talk, no action politicians.
The Mexican government and its leadership has made many disparaging remarks about me to the Pope, because they want to continue to rip off the United States, both on trade and at the border, and they understand I am totally wise to them. The Pope only heard one side of the story - he didn’t see the crime, the drug trafficking and the negative economic impact the current policies have on the United States. He doesn’t see how Mexican leadership is outsmarting President Obama and our leadership in every aspect of negotiation.
For a religious leader to question a person’s faith is disgraceful. I am proud to be a Christian and as President I will not allow Christianity to be consistently attacked and weakened, unlike what is happening now, with our current President. No leader, especially a religious leader, should have the right to question another man’s religion or faith. [Mexican leaders] are using the Pope as a pawn and they should be ashamed of themselves for doing so, especially when so many lives are involved and when illegal immigration is so rampant.

It's like a chickenhawk madlibs
When [Insert anti-war group] find themselves attacked by [Insert violent group], they'll be sorry that they elected [insert less extreme elected official] over [insert Gunboat McEndlesswar], who would be [insert stereotypical masculine ideal] in the face of [Insert vague threat linked to undesirable ethic group]. That was how they did it in [insert prior time period with different values], when [insert outdated and offensive value of said time period]
Wait, wait... isn't it a religious leader's duty to make sure their followers are following the religion correctly. Wouldn't that make it their duty to tell you if you are screwing up in regards to the religion they are in charge of?
This is why there are too many sects out there, leader tells follower they are screwing up, follower tells leader to fuck off. Follower becomes leader and process starts all over. Consistency in your crazy that's all I want people.
It is clear to me now that the only way forward is for the UN to be reorganized into the first global empire! United under my rulership we shall crush those who would stand in the way of our new order. And then, we shall have peace.
And I'll use sith lightning on anyone who says otherwise.
...and that's precisely why the previously conservative Latino vote has gone Democrat since 2012.
I think you - and especially your boyfriends on 4/8chan's /pol/ - should realise that New Hampshire & South Carolina =/= the US as a whole.
Mitt 'Magic Pants' Romney and his '47%'. Todd Akin being 'Legitimately Raped' by the female electorate. Not everyone in the US thinks exactly as you & your online arselickers do, Wiggy. Which is why, as the weeks & months go by, it's your past & current attitudes towards certain sections of the American public that will cause you, the Trump, to Stump yourself .
Even Tom Cruz Control realises it's all about the Demographics. He is Latino enough to know that you don't insult potential voters' religions.
Obama certainly didn't. Ergo, said conservative Latino vote going the Democrats' way. You know that Clinton & Sanders won't.
You will Stump yourself, Donald Fart. I refer you to messrs. Romney & Akin.
"Proud to be a Christian, sort of, and of course (cue the dog whistle) the pope is only a Catholic, not a REAL Scotsman....er....Christian."
I was sure that the OP had misnamed this quote, then I looked at the page. Yes, it's actually Real Donald Trump saying this, not some commenter.
No leader, especially a religious leader, should have the right to question another man’s religion or faith.
But the pope has the power to do that. It's a part of the Catholic faith...which you just questioned. Oh dear, paradox.
Bush was eradicating Al Qaeda and hunting for imaginary WMD's, and that's what's helped create Daesh. If you try to eradicate Daesh, you might create something even worse.
No action? US, Russia, Turkey, Peshmerga, and others are bombing the hell out of Syria and parts of Iraq.
You have made many disparaging remarks about the Mexican people.
The Pope gets the news, just like everyone else, and he's from Argentina and probably know better than you do what happens in Mexico.
US is a secular nation, with Separation of Church and State. Christianity is the largest religion on Earth.
Lives are at stake behind the illegal immigration too.
Mexico is basically a failed state, where the government has very little power, especially in the North. So nothing is happening because the Mexican "leadership" is "outsmarting" anyone in the US. If anything, Mexico is fucked because of too much deregulation and privatization, which is kind of a US invention...
That this idiot is still in the race for the presidency is a horrid thing to behold. He should have been laughed off the stage as soon as he opened his mouth to utter his blow-hard rhetoric.
'Murica, WTF are you doing?
"our all talk, no action politicians. "
how many drone strikes is America running against isis right now?
I'm guessing the answer is a lot and somehow trump doesn't think sending legions of killbots to cause collateral damage in the area in question doesn't count as 'action'.
"For a religious leader to question a person’s faith is disgraceful."
Then: "I am proud to be a Christian and as President I will not allow Christianity to be consistently attacked and weakened, unlike what is happening now, with our current President."
His followers really are idiots.
"which as everyone knows is ISIS’s ultimate trophy,"
"If 'Everyone knows' Such-and-such, then it aint true by at least 10,000 : 1"
W.W. Smith.
The Mexican government and its leadership has made many disparaging remarks about me to the Pope,
Dude, you're the guy who wants to build a wall then charge Mexico for it.
@Mithras
You can mostly blame that on religion, since Mexico is strongly Christian - deregulation and privatization are strong parts of the Christian tradition, as Trump demonstrates very well. Indeed, religion could be blamed for quite a lot of Mexico's problems in hindsight. It's the reason there's so much crime and corruption there.
@NeoMatrix
As someone who is studying economic history, I find this claim rich. No it's not. This whole business of "I'm rich becauze Jebus loves me" is a relatively new phenonemon that is pretty much restricted to the US and parts of Africa. The reason why Mexico is so deregulated was because the Mexican government became neoliberal-happy in reaction to the previously socialist economy collapsing in the 80s from falling oil prices, as well as NAFTA. Religion has nothing to do with this; the country being in the same region where Liberation theology--which has been nicknamed "Christianized Marxism"-- is proof of this. In the rest of South America, who were just as religiously devout and protectionist as Mexico, they deregulated because of pressure from the IMF and World Bank. Same with the ME in the 70s. Not to mention quite a number of early proponents of socialist economics were devout Christians, Jews (many prominent Zionists like David Ben-Gurion and Moses Hess were socialists), and Muslims (at least in Egypt and Iran).
Also if religion is responsible for deregulations and privatizations, then explain China, Taiwan, and Indonesia.I'd love to hear a detailed explanation for those places.
Next time please don't make shit up. You're better than that.
We should stop giving this lunatic airtime.
@Neomatrix
It could be an inverse correlation. Country is in the shitter, so they look to religion as a way out of their misery. Generally misery turns people to religion, thus countries/people that do well become less devout. I mean, England had staunch anti-catholic and stringent religious laws for a good amount of time in their history, even during their peak of power, and have declined as they've become more Atheist, so history doesn't pan out your idea of correlation.
The problem is that, you know, Mexicans are Catholics, the Pope is te leader of a religion which says "blessed are the peacemakers" and there is a first ammendment. Sorry if reality sucks
And people still want to elect him!
*shakes head*
@Swede
I've wondered that too, about the rise of IS.
The Mexicans "made disparaging remarks" about you , Mr Trump? Is that some kind of Russian reversal joke?
Trump has accused Mexicans of "bringing crime" and called them "criminals, drug dealers, rapists, etc." He also has this insane idea that he can somehow force Mexico to pay for a border wall to keep Mexicans out of the US. And now he's crying boo-hoo because the Mexicans said something mean about him?! What horrible thing did Mexican leadership tell the Pope about Donald Trump? I mean, did they really need to say anything new or did they just show footage of a Trump rally and quote him verbatim?
For clarity: My Trump quotes are sourced from the Washington Post.
If ISIS gets by Italys defenses and the Vatican personal security I still couldn't see anyone going "Wish Trump were president".
Maybe the ones from Terasa groups (suffering worshippers) who pray for things to be worse, actually a lot of Evangelists want things worse (for other, they think they're gonna be Raptured when the whole thing goes wrong) explaining Trumps popularity with them.
Confused?
