Nope. A lot of them got HIV from:
- Blood transfusions (this no longer happens in the US, because donor blood here is always tested, but in third world countries they often can't afford to do so)
- Sharing drug needles
- Having contact with another persons bodily fluids (for example, getting blood spatter on an open wound)
- Heterosexual intercourse (straight sex spreads HIV just as easily as gay sex)
- Being born to an infected mother (the child contracts the virus while passing through the birth canal)
- Drinking breast milk from an infected woman (if you weren't infected at birth, you can be infected as an infant through breast-feeding)

EDIT: I just read some of the other comments on this video. Some Godwin's Law-invoking dumbass said "homosexuals belong in ovens." I weep for our country.
