Even if you approach this from an evolutionary perspective you still lose. Homosexuality does not propagate a species, therefore it would be a rejection of the evolutionary process. But it is my opinion that gays can do want they want in private, it is their free choice. I am just against gay marriage.

There is no way to reject evolution. For one thing, homosexuality is likely a product of evolution in one way or another, and also, since it doesn't actually propagate the species, that just means eventually, as a trait, it will die out and evolution will say, "Hmm. Let's try something different."
There is a type of lizard in the the southwest U.S.A. that has no males. However, they do procreate. In order to do so, one lizard must act like the male and sexually stimulate the other lizard in order to cause the body to produce eggs.

I thought the theory behind this was that since we are social animals (living in large groups) having particular members that, while being otherwise healthy, will never reproduce leads to an increase in the adults to children ratio and creates a safer environment for the young.

Homosexuality keeps population growth in check. And it's present in other animals as well, ergo it is natural.
Isn't a marriage a rather private affair? It's a contract between you and your partner; to stick together and to take care of each other, for as long as you both love each other.
So don't attend the wedding.
Also, you should learn more about evolution before you try to argue against it.
People here seem to be making the mistake of assuming that when fundies talk about "nature" they're referring to anything we might refer to as, well, nature . For fundies, "nature" has a different meaning: doctrine. Something is "natural" if it fits into the fundie's personal conception of "how things should be", and unnatural if it varies from what that doctrinal position says it should be like. So it's completely possible, in fundie-speak, for nature to be unnatural.
